A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available for clients experiencing financial hardship. 

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, as this time is set aside just for you. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

I offer secure, confidential therapy sessions both face‑to‑face and online, giving you the flexibility to meet in a way that feels most comfortable. Everything you share remains private, unless there are serious concerns about your safety or someone else’s. Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other, explore what’s brought you here, and discuss how therapy can best support you going forward.
